For this recipe posted on the YouTube channel, ‘Something’s Cooking With Alpa’, you would need a bunch of common and easily available ingredients like steamed rice, onions, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, chaat masala, garam masala, turmeric powder, besan, rice flour or corn flour, salt as per taste. Make a nice dough of all these ingredients, you need not add additional water as your cooked rice has some water content. Once the dough is ready, pull out a unit, press it even, place a cheese cube in centre and make a rice ball.
